Synapsia magazine offers winner’s prize in Memory Championship

The 2018 UK Open and Pan European Open Memory starts tomorrow Monday 11 June and continues over Tuesday.

Synapsia magazine (www.synapsia.net ) has today announced the donation of the following prize to the overall winner of the competition:

Two Eurostar tickets London – Paris return plus a champagne lunch for two at the celebrated Jules Verne restaurant with Michelin starred chef Alain Ducasse.

In addition there will be Tony Buzan Memory books and other prizes for the runners up, and best junior result.

The U.K. Open and Pan European Memory Championships have attracted 102 entrants this year, an all time record. The large entry has necessitated a split between two venues for the very first time, London’s famous L’Escargot restaurant in Greek St and Abercorn School , Marylebone London.

Attendees will be present from England, Scotland, USA, Pakistan, India, China, Italy ….

Memory Sportsmen and women will also take this opportunity to welcome the new President of the U.K. National Memory Sports Council, experienced educationalist, Andrea Greystoke.

Memory sport is open to all, regardless of race, age, gender, bodily strength or ability, political opinion or religious creed. It is a truly equal opportunity Mind Sports activity.
